In Germany, there is probably no other employer who unites so many different job profiles and activities under one roof as the Bundeswehr does. Continuous basic and advanced training is therefore important. The Senior Personnel NCO, the photographer and the logistician need specialist knowledge. In order to improve the operational readiness of the armed forces, the Bundeswehr requires a joint mission-oriented training system.

Soldiers are prepared uniformly and thoroughly for their tasks. The required facilities and instructors are provided by the Joint Support and Enabling Service for the areas of logistics, command and control support, military intelligence and staff duty.
