Joint Support and Enabling Service – who are we?

Today the Joint Support and Enabling Service (Streitkräftebasis, SKB) with its about 32,000 military and civilian personnel is the second-largest major organisational element of the Bundeswehr. Being a partner of Army, Air Force, Navy and Bundeswehr Joint Medical Service, the Joint Support and Enabling Service is a general service provider on operations abroad as well as in Germany.

The Joint Support and Enabling Service enables the military major organisational elements to focus on their core tasks. The Joint Support and Enabling Service provides its services to everyone; they don't need a special uniform as experts from all branches are working with us.
